Grassos has been located in the same building on Main St. for over 50 years in the Imperial Valley. It has in some ways become a landmark in El Centro. Come in tonight and see us!
Mike and Hank run Grassos at night. Joel is in charge of making pizzas and steaks and grilling everything. Gus is our pasta guy and Rosa makes all of our seafood dishes. Louisa makes and prepares all the chicken and our yummy garlic bread. Alicia makes the yummy salads Irma is the day cook who has been with us for over 20 years. Mary, Chris, Elisa and Stefanie are our waiters and waitresses. Stevee, Luis, Simon and Natalia are our bussers. Fernando makes sure all our dishes are clean!
